Good to know
- Every account gets 50 free orders once, on any plan: no percent on them. Unused ones carry over from Free to a paid plan; they don't renew each month. Stars sales pay the percent from the first sale.
- Every other order pays the plan's percent of its total, however it's paid: cash, on delivery, transfer, card via Stripe, Telegram Stars or any other gateway. Past your 50 free orders, up to 20% of a month's orders can be cancelled without the percent; cancellations beyond that still count.
- Pro takes at most $149 a month in percent and Scale at most $79. Free and Starter have no cap.
- If a month's percent goes down after it was billed, the difference comes off your next invoice.
- Stars count at Telegram's $0.013 per Star. On card payments through Stripe Connect the percent is taken when the card is charged.
- Which plan is cheapest depends on your monthly sales once the free orders are used: Starter beats Free from about $500 a month, Pro beats Starter from about $1,300, and Scale beats Pro from about $6,250.
- Free asks for a card once your 50 free orders are used up, or after your first Stars sale; then you have 7 days to add it. Paid plans ask when you pick them.
- Yearly takes 20% off the subscription. Usage is billed monthly.
- After 10 orders we offer Free and Starter stores 14 days of Pro free. It starts only if you accept.
- One account, many shops: Free and Starter cover 1 store, Pro up to 3, Scale up to 10.
- What each plan adds: promo codes, cashback and 3 broadcasts a month on Free; referrals, contests, the customer inbox, win-backs and 10 broadcasts on Starter; 25 broadcasts on Pro; unlimited broadcasts on Scale.
- Payment processors charge their own fees, separate from ours.
