A new Win-backs page is in the dashboard. It watches for favorites and unfinished checkouts, waits the window you set, then DMs a private WB- discount from your shop bot — or lets you send one now from the queue.
What shipped#
- Automations — a flow builder with WHEN, THEN WAIT, SWEETEN IT, SAY, and BUTTONS, plus a live Telegram preview.
- Two paused presets on first visit, in the shop language (for a Russian store: Скидка на избранное and Брошенное оформление). Nothing sends until you turn a flow On and save.
- Up next — people in the waiting window, with Send now, Snooze a day, and Skip.
- 30-day cards — Recovered, Nudges sent, Recovery rate, In queue now, Block rate, Unique CTR, Revenue / recipient, and Lift vs holdout.
The personal code is single-use and tied to that shopper. If they buy on their own before the timer, they are not nudged. About two weeks between win-backs to the same person, and a win-back will not land on top of a broadcast they just got.
Win-backs DMs through the shop bot, so the shop needs Messages. If it doesn't, the page will prompt you. There is no extra paywall on the feature itself.
Where to click#
- Dashboard → STORE → Win-backs (magnet icon, under Messages), or open dashboard.tiny-shops.com/win-backs.
- On Automations, open a preset or hit + New automation.
- Set WHEN (Favorited an item or Left checkout unfinished), the wait in days, 5–50% off, copy, and up to two buttons.
- Toggle On → Save automation → Send a test to myself.
- Use the Up next tab when you want to send, snooze, or skip by hand.
New automation defaults: Favorited, wait 3 days, 15% off, 24h, one Grab it → button that opens the product. Checkout preset: instant, 5% off.
